How soon in advance should I place my catering order?
We ask that you place your catering order at least two business days in advance. If you need an order delivered earlier please email catering@itsallgoodcatering.net.

What are your delivery hours?
Our daily delivery hours are 11am – 7pm. If you need a delivery outside these hours, please email us at catering@itsallgoodcatering.net.

Is there a minimum order size or delivery fee?
Our minimum for delivery is $250. However, there is no minimum for pick-up orders. Some individual menu items which can only be made in bulk have pre-determined minimums.

Is there a delivery fee and where do do you deliver?
We have a delivery and set-up fee of $35 and deliver within the Greater Seattle Area and the Eastside.

How do the vegetarian options work?
Almost all our menu items have vegetarian options. If you are ordering both meat and vegetarian options, we typically provide 50% of the main meat option (usually chicken), 30% of the second meat option, and 20% of the vegetarian option.

Do you offer Gluten Free options?
Certain menu items, such as the standard teriyaki menu, are inherently gluten free. However, we can also accommodate gluten free preferences for other menu items upon request. Please inform us of your requirements in the special request section of your order or by emailing us at catering@itsallgoodcatering.net.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

Can I make changes to my order?
Please email catering@itsallgoodcatering.net to make changes to your order.
