Meet the Chef
Executive Chef Peter Raskind started his career at the beloved Union Bay Café in North Seattle, minutes from where he grew up. After ten years, Peter moved to the University of Washington Faculty Club, where he spent six years sharpening his skills and knowledge of high-end catering. Peter then had the distinct honor of opening Uneeda Burger in Fremont, a “secretly high-end” yet quick service burger joint. At Uneeda Burger, Peter’s desire to apply fine-dining service principles to quick service food crystallized. He then teamed up with James Schmidt, owner of Pecado Bueno, to bring the concept to the catering world. The rest, as they say, is history.
